A clone of the standard Streptophylla cultivated to produce a red blush when grown in bright light. Curly, twisted, wide, fuzzy leaves that tend to curl under. This can be achieved by less watering. To have them stretch out, water generously and more frequently. These produce a large, pink stunning bloom when mature. Extremely Rare in cultivation. Native to Brazil. Collectors plant.

The price is reflective of the red coloring that has been cultivated in this plant (when grown in high light) and is for collectors. Tillandsia/Air Plants need regular daily indirect or filtered sunlight and good air circulation. A weekly water is all they require - although you can always give them an additional watering or mist in between if they look a little dry.
