We have a 48 hour guarantee on our plant orders.
The plants we sell tolerate shipping very well even in colder and hotter months of the year. It is rare to experience damage during transit. We have a strict policy of only shipping attractive and healthy plants.
It is important that you unpack your order right away and follow the instructions for care. Packages should not be left outside in cold or hot weather. Track your
package and open it right away.
Please remember plants are living organisms and can wilt and die in excessive temperatures. Heat packs are suggested and available for purchase if your order is being delivered to or passing through areas of extreme cold or freezing.
All orders are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipping. However, if any part of your order is damaged during transit we require contact within the first 48 hours of delivery.
Initiating a Return and/or Refund:
Returns are accepted if there is damage to the product or if the incorrect item has been sent.
To initiate a return of your purchase, multiple pictures of the damaged products, packaging/outside of box, packing materials and placement
in the package are necessary for consideration and can be emailed to email@example.com along with a message describing the reason for your return.
Once we have read through your message and assessed the photos we will contact you back with our decision. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for return shipping for Exchanges or Returns.
If a refund is deemed appropriate no return will be necessary and you can expect to have your refund processed within 48 hours.
Returns are processed in 1-3 business days after we receive the item back from the customer. You will be credited back the full amount of your purchase to your original form of payment within 2-7 business days.

Cancellations must be requested prior to packing and shipping. It is best to cancel the order as quickly after placing it as possible. If the order has already been shipped cancelations will not be accepted.
We do not accept fault or give refunds for packages undelivered due to incorrect addresses during the ordering process.
Although damage to plants during shipping is unusual we are dedicated to our customers and always want you to be happy with your order.
